The hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of Bagnoles, with lovely lake views and a serene forest backdrop. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although I expected a bit more space for the price I paid for a 'Standing Double/Twin Room Lake View Terrace. ' The staff service was a mixed bag; while some were friendly and attentive, others were rather rude. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're looking for a tranquil stay in a spa town.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, particularly enjoying the beautiful view of the lake from my room and the friendliness of the staff.
